Processing and Shipping Times

Our shipping process consists of two distinct time frames:

  • Standard Processing: Orders typically take 1 business days to process (Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays).
  • High Volume Periods: During promotional events, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing may take up to 2 business days.

Shipping Transit Time

  • Time Frame: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package from our facility to your doorstep.
  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States and international standard shipping takes 4-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited options are available at checkout, typically delivering within 1-2 business days after processing.

Carrier Limitations

  • Due to the PACT Act and subsequent changes in shipping carrier policies, we use specialized, compliant carriers to ensure legal delivery of our products.

 Shipping Costs and Tracking

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping speed [regular or express priority]. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website mostly USP, and FedEx for international orders.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active and show movement for regular shipping but for priority allow maximum 24 hours.

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, Cali Clear Disposable Vape is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery dates, or packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
  • If your tracking information has not updated for 2 or more business days, please contact our support team to initiate a claim with the carrier.
