Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or payment details from cashapp, paypal, Zelle, and more on our servers
How do I apply a discount code?
Discount codes can be entered and applied during the checkout process before final payment confirmation. Only one discount code may be used per order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our delivery timeline is split into two parts:
- Processing Time: 1 business days (up to 2 during peak seasons).
- Shipping Transit Time: Standard shipping is typically 3–5 business days and priority express shipping takes 2 business days after processing.
In total, most standard orders arrive within 4–5 business days from the date the order was placed and priority [express] takes 2 business days.
What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?
If a package is returned to us due to 3 delivery attempt failure, you will be responsible for the re-shipment fees.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally?
Yes. We ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship to residential or business addresses within the United States. We do currently offer international shipping.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update and show movement.
What should I do if my Cali Clear disposable is defective (DOA)?
If your device is Damaged Upon Arrival (DOA) or stops working due to a clear manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, please contact us immediately at info@calicleardisposablevape
How do I report a defective item?
Email our Customer Support team at info@calicleardisposablevape with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photo or video evidence of the defect. We will review your claim for a replacement or refund.
Are opened products eligible for return or refund?
No. Due to the consumable nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final once the product packaging has been opened, unless the item is demonstrably defective upon arrival. We cannot offer refunds for dissatisfaction with flavor or personal misuse.
How long do Cali Clear disposables last?
The longevity depends on the specific model and individual usage habits. The expected puff count for each model is listed in the product description. The device is designed to last until the e-liquid or battery runs out, whichever comes first.
