Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of disposable vaping devices (consumables) and for sanitary reasons, all sales are considered final once the product packaging has been opened. We only accept returns or provide refunds for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival (DOA), or if you received the incorrect item due to an error on our part.
Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must meet the following criteria:
Damaged Upon Arrival (DOA): The device is non-functional or severely damaged immediately upon opening.
Manufacturing Defect: The device stops working due to a clear internal flaw (e.g., failure to draw, major leakage not caused by physical damage).
Wrong Item Shipped: You received a flavor or model other than what you ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Products damaged by customer misuse, drops, water exposure, or extreme temperatures.
- Products that have run out of e-liquid or battery life due to normal usage.
- Dislike of flavor or dissatisfaction with the product after use.
Refund/Exchange Process

Approval: Upon review, if your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective item (if required) or process the refund/exchange the review process is handled automatically with our online customer service team.
Return Shipping: If a return is necessary, Cali Clear Disposable Vape will provide a prepaid shipping label. Do not ship any product back until you receive explicit instructions from our support team with vivid explanation on the problem. Our support team is active 24/7.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-5hours max .
NOTE THAT: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped (usually within 1-2 hours of placement). If you need to cancel, please call or email us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order status shows “Processing” or “Shipped.”
